Welcome to the city of Rainbow City

Rainbow City is located in northeast Alabama along the Coosa River and is part of the Gadsden metropolitan area, bisected by U.S. Highway 411 and State Highway 77. As one of the fastest growing areas in Etowah County, Rainbow City is home to over 9,600 residents and many new businesses and industries. The city has several recreational facilities, including the Vivian Lee Maddox Sports Complex, the Hidden Oaks Golf Course and the Rainbow City Play Park.
