The City of Muscle Shoals is located in northwest Alabama along the Tennessee River Valley. As a world-renown center for music production and history, the city is home to FAME studios, the original Muscle Shoals Sound Studio, and the Muscle Shoals Music CityFest. As the largest city in Colbert County, Muscle Shoals is home to 13,600 residents and the University of North Alabama.
