Welcome to the town of Carrollton

Carrollton is the seat of Pickens County. The town was named after Charles Carroll of Maryland, the last surviving signer of the Declaration of Independence, and was officially incorporated on January 15, 1831. The historic Pickens County Courthouse is located in Carrollton.
