Welcome to the city of Hartford

The city of Hartford is located in east-central Geneva County in the extreme southeast corner of the state, about ten miles from the Florida border. With a population of approximately 2,600 residents, Hartford offers public school education through an elementary school, middle school and high school. Every December, the city hosts the Hartford Holiday Festival, a time of entertainment and display of arts and crafts.
