Welcome to the town of Madrid

The town of Madrid is located in Houston County in southeastern Alabama just north of the Florida state-line. Encompassing 1.94 square miles, Madrid is intersected by U.S. Highway 231 and a rail line owned by Bay Line Railroad. The town is home to nearly 350 residents and is included in the Dothan Metropolitan Area.
