town of Millry

Welcome to the town of Millry

The town of Millry encompasses 7.8 square miles of north-central Washington County in southwest Alabama. While the town was not incorporated until 1947, Millry was originally a Choctaw Indian territory that turned into a farming community after the arrival of the area's first white settlers. Today the town is home to over 520 residents and holds an annual Catfish Festival in March.
