Welcome to the town of Somerville

The town of Somerville, one of the oldest municipalities in the state, lies in the heart of Morgan County in north-central Alabama. With a population of just over 700, Somerville is home to two K-8 school and one high school with a total of 1,745 students. The Morrow Cemetery, located south of Somerville, and the Old Cataco White House, are listed on the Alabama Register of Landmarks and Heritage.
